This festival is actually a mélange, where artists from the fields of music, dance, art, craft, theatre, film, etc present a vibrant cultural show. Started on 6th Feb the street festival will end on the 14th and is has been drawing more and more followers, fans, gawkers and mumbai residents since it started in 1999. This year’s theme is the Presence of the Past. However, it’s been bringing mixed reviews. The lack of popular bands and established artists are common complaints. As to, is the fact that spa and ayurvedic stalls have replaced many eclectic arts and craft sellers.
